I thought it was going to sting when I heard about it so I felt nervous. But, since I wasn’t getting any younger, I realised that I have to endure this. Fortunately, they applied a numbing cream first before proceeding so I did not feel much discomfort throughout the treatment. The whole experience was pleasant after all! After it, there was a bit of redness on some of the treated areas, however, there was little to minimal downtime. In other words, it didn’t take long for the wounds to heal. This was so convenient for me because I do not have to call in sick for work.
Regenera Activa
Another aesthetic procedure that I tried was their Regenera Activa in Singapore. I found this treatment so cool because it involves using the autologous micrografts from my own scalp tissue. It works this way: first, they got a small sample at the back of my scalp and then they will use a device that will divide the scalp’s cells into “micrografts”. This will be used for the areas where the hair starts thinning down. At first, there wasn’t an immediate visible result, but as the weeks progressed, I noticed its effectiveness because the bald spot at the top of my head was slowly disappearing. However, this procedure is not suitable for patients with a severe hair loss condition so you need to consult their doctors first to know if you are eligible for the treatment.

The last treatment that I got was their fat freeze procedure in Singapore. Even though I wasn’t that fat, I still tried it out because no matter how much I exercise, I still couldn’t get rid of the love handles on my waist. It’s a fast way to get rid of body fat because it freezes your fat cells until they die. These will eventually be eliminated by the body’s natural metabolic processes so it’s safe.
When I got the treatment, I noticed that there were some mild bruises on the skin, however, these did not last long. They eventually went away so I can say that it also has little to no downtime. Plus, the slimming process was gradual so it doesn’t look like I have gotten it fixed! Even my colleagues thought I exercised a lot to achieve a slim, fit body.
